Removal of XCP / Xen-API from Jessie and Sid

This is sad, but no choice, due to the lack of upstream support: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=738322

I just hope xenserver-core will work soon in Debian, so we can fix this unfortunate situation.
